Position Summary
Position Summary:
Teaching Assistant (TA) – Open to senior undergraduate and graduate students. Teaching Assistantships support the delivery of undergraduate courses by providing instructors with qualified graduate or senior undergraduate students who can assist with: marking assignments and exams/quizzes; delivery of laboratory experiences; leading seminars; or in specialized situations (SI delivery, writing clinics)

Position Requirements:
Students must be in good academic standing (Undergraduate – 70% PGPA; Graduate – Fully Qualified and progress in program) and available as required for the position(s) where application is indicated. Preference provided to students in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Health Studies. For current KHS graduate students and undergraduate honours students, you must confirm availability with your supervisor before accepting any offers. Your supervisor may be copied with offer correspondence.

In most instances, applicants must demonstrate proficient knowledge of the subject area being sought. Formal coursework and/or experience will be considered. Successful candidates must be present for the final examination period if required by the course structure.
