Position Summary | Part-time postdoctoral fellow on sustainable waste management The Ng’s Group invites applications for a part-time postdoctoral fellow position starting June 2023. The successful candidate will work on an interdisciplinary research project on post-consumer clothing and textile waste management. The project is partly funded by a NSERC Discovery Horizons grant. The PDF will work under the direct supervision of Dr. Kelvin Tsun Wai Ng in Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science. A list of publications from Ng’s group can be found here: |
Position Requirements | Position Requirements (one opening): (1) The candidate must have an earned PhD degree in Environmental Systems Engineering, or a related field (2) The candidate must have a strong publication record (n>20) in the field of solid waste management. Experience in publishing waste studies in the following journals is valuable: JofCP, JofEM, RCR, WM, SCS, SotTE. (3) Holder of PEng licensed by APEGS is an asset. (4) Experience with the regulatory sector in Saskatchewan is an asset.
