Position Summary
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of Dr. Novik, the successful applicant will work on identifying and gathering content to be used by Dr. Novik in the re-development of SW347 (Social Work Practice II) as an online blended course.

Tasks will include:
  • Conducting a literature review of the academic literature in order to identify relevant academic journal articles, book chapters, and government reports;
  • Conducting a review of grey literature (web-based) in order to identify relevant websites, films and videos, podcasts, and unpublished reports; and,
  • Development of a thorough and inclusive reference list of all material examined and gathered.
Position Requirements
Position Requirments:
  • Senior undergraduate student or graduate student in Social Work, Health Studies, Education, Political Science, or other similar field with an interest in social work, social work systems, healthcare, mental healthcare, and social service delivery and program development;
  • Strong communication and writing skills;
  • Strong literature review and research skills; and,
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
